This mornings walk

This morning i woke up at 4:30 after a fabulous sleep and decided to take my two dogs for a walk. It took exactly an hour and i even ran on occasions when the ground would permit it.

I walked out along the Gascoyne Junction road and then up Luke's lookout down the other side and along the Haul Pac Road until it met up with the Highway, then we crossed the highway and followed the southern ridge back to town. It was such a good walk.

By the time i was on the lookout the sky was just starting to colour behind the town's lights and by the time i got home the sun hadn't even broken the horizon. There weren’t even any flies to annoy me. I saw two trucks and a motorbike.
